CCG held a dinner at Beijing Hong Kong Jockey Club Clubhouse

    On 1st September 2012, the eve of Beijing Forum of WRSA & the 7th Chinese Returnees Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum, Center for China and Globalization sponsored a mini communicative dinner at Beijing Hong Kong Jockey Club Clubhouse.

    This banquet was held at the historical moment of the forthcoming WRSA 100 anniversary and Beijing Forum of WRSA; Dozens of social celebrities from home and abroad were invited to this party and shared a wonderful time together. The initiators of this meeting include Ronnie Chan(Chen qizong), CEO of Hong Kong Hanng Lung Real Estate Co., Ltd. and chairman of the Asia Society, Wang Yongle, Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Returned Overseas and Wang Huiyao, director General of Center for China and Globalization and Vice Chairman of China Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA).
The following are the guest list, Chen Dongsheng, Taikang Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Duan Peijun, Prefessor and dean of Strategic Study Center of Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, Deng Feng, Founder of Northern Light Venture Capital and expert of Thousand Talents Program, David Li(Li Yi), Chairman and Country Head of UBS China, Liang Jianzhang, Chairman of Cititrip, Sun Lizhe, the Chairman of WAYCOO & Chairman of HZ Books, Liu Yanning, Executive Director of China Council for the Promotion of Nationality Trade (CCPNT) of the SASAC and vice director of Center for China & Globalization, Tang Min, the counselor of State Council and vice director of Center for China & Globalization, Wang Chaoyong, CEO of ChinaEquity International Holding Co., Ltd, Wang Zhenyao, Dean of China Philanthropy Research Institute at BNU, Yan Yan, chief partner of Softbank Asia Investment Fund, Wang Junfeng, Founder of King & Wood Mallesons(PRC) and Wu Yajun, President of Longfor Property.

    Participants had a brainstorm about how to promote international talents’ innovation and entrepreneurship in china and develop world-class Chinese think tanks. Meanwhile, they provided suggestions on building a Policy Advisory platform with talents from home and abroad, which include Hong Kong. Not only that, there were lots of constructive views gathered over the future development of CCG. 

    Attendees consent with that talent of overseas and domestic should exert their capabilities in our country’s political, economic and social modernization constructions, with multiple channels, free airing of views and open and inclusive attitude to talents.
